2. Booking requests and confirmation
- Sending a form through the website creates a booking request, not an instant confirmed place.
- Your place is confirmed after we review the booking, issue your invoice, and send your booking confirmation by email.
- If we need any extra details before confirming your place, we will contact you using the details you provided.
3. Prices and what is included
- Current standard prices are shown on the website for National and International CPC options.
- Standard prices include DVSA upload fees, VAT, your certificate, and ongoing support.
- Any bulk or group discount is reviewed when we issue your invoice.
4. Attendance and course requirements
- Drivers must attend the full required session time for the hours to count.
- Online courses are delivered live on Zoom unless otherwise stated.
- Drivers may be asked to provide the information needed for attendance records and upload processing.
- If any online participation rules apply to a course, we will explain these in the joining information.
5. Attendee details and group bookings
- One booking request can cover more than one attendee.
- Attendee details can be updated before the course starts.
- Where a booking is made by an operator or organiser, that person or business is responsible for giving us the correct details for invoicing and booking communication.
6. Changes, missed sessions, and National Rescue
National Rescue (£9.99) applies to eligible pre-booked International evening pairs where the driver only needs National CPC for UK-only work.
- If a driver completes one half of an eligible pre-booked International evening pair but misses the other half, we can protect the 3.5 hours completed and help them finish with one replacement 3.5-hour National CPC session for £9.99 extra.
- This is subject to availability and the booking must be arranged before the replacement course starts.
- The total price of the original International booking plus National Rescue comes to the same amount as booking two National courses, which keeps the pricing fair and clear.
- Normal booking terms apply if the replacement session is also missed.
7. Cancellations and transfers
- If a driver cannot attend, please tell us as early as possible.
- Where possible, we will try to help with a suitable alternative date, but this will always depend on course availability and the booking terms in place at the time.
- If we have to cancel or move a course ourselves, we will contact you and offer the next reasonable step available.
