About
About myCPC.online
We built this around one idea: Driver CPC should be welcoming, plain to follow, and genuinely useful for every driver. Here's who we are and how it works.

Our mission
To make Driver CPC training that works for every driver — clear, welcoming and genuinely useful — so the hours a professional driver must do become hours worth doing.
Our five promises
- Built for every driver. Plain language, accessibility built in, and cost never the only barrier.
- Worth your time — not just a tick. Small live classes, real discussion, taught by someone who’s done the job.
- Straight with you, always. Honest prices, no tricks — and we’ll say if we’re not your best fit.
- Treated like a professional, and a person. No being talked down to. No jargon. No hoops.
- Done properly — and we stand behind it. Accredited training, hours recorded right, only promises we can keep.
Welcoming to every driver
Driver CPC is a legal requirement, so it has to work for everyone who needs it — however they learn, whatever their background, whether or not they’re confident with the technology. That’s the starting point for everything we do, not an add-on.
In practice that means plain English and no being talked down to. The site has large-text and high-contrast view modes and read-aloud built in, on every page. If you’re new to online courses or feeling nervous, we’ll help you get set up before the day. And if cost is the barrier, talk to us — no one should miss their hours over money. More on the accessibility page and the support page.
A course worth your time
We run small live classes, not a room of 20. Real discussion, not death-by-slideshow. The content is tied to the job you actually do, and it’s taught live by a named trainer who knows the work.
We’re for drivers who want these hours to count — to come away treated like a professional and a person, with something worth the day. If all you need is the cheapest possible tick in the box, that’s a completely fair choice, and there are good-value providers built for exactly that. We’ve chosen to do something different.

Neil — your trainer
Neil Kanter delivers every scheduled course himself. You know who’s training you before you book — one named trainer, not a roster of interchangeable faces.
Neil started on the front line. After leaving university in 2014 he trained as a PSV driver with First Bus in Bristol, learning the job from the driver’s seat before moving into training, compliance and operator support. That experience still shapes how he teaches: good transport training should never talk down to drivers, and anyone working in management, training or compliance should understand what the job is really like on the road.
Today Neil is a Driver CPC trainer, PSV transport manager and compliance consultant. His approach is practical and plain-speaking, built around real work, real pressures and real conversations — helping drivers complete their CPC hours in a way that feels useful, respectful, and worth their time.

How the training is accredited and delivered
myCPC.online is the booking and customer-service brand — a trading name of MyCPC Training Ltd. The training itself is JAUPT-approved periodic training, delivered with PSV Compliance and Training Ltd under consortium membership AC02283. Courses run live on Zoom, and your hours are uploaded to DVSA after each one.
MyCPC Training Ltd is a wholly-owned part of the PSV Group; PSV-CT holds the consortium membership and is the delivery partner for every course booked here. The step-by-step of who does what is on How it works.
We’re also a member of the Institute of Transport Administration (IoTA) and the Road Haulage Association (RHA).
Honest pricing
International CPC is £35 for the full 7 hours (one DVSA upload, valid in the UK and the EU). National is £31.25 for a 3.5-hour part. What’s shown is what you pay — no VAT add-on, no fees appearing at checkout. If money’s genuinely tight, the Name Your Price path exists so hardship doesn’t cost you your hours.
Where we’re going
We’re working towards our own JAUPT centre approval, targeted for the end of 2026. That’s a target, not a guarantee — approval runs on JAUPT’s timetable, not ours. For you, the course doesn’t change when it happens; the back-end (delivery and DVSA recording) moves from PSV-CT’s consortium membership to our own centre approval, and you’ll see the new number on the site.
