myCPC.online is operated by MyCPC Training Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17242905. The registered office is Unit 8, Heston House, 7-9 Emery Road, Bristol, BS4 5PF.

We are the data controller for the booking information you give us. For anything in this notice, contact us via the contact form or at info@my-cpc.online.

How the booking works

MyCPC Training Ltd sells the course. For current Driver CPC courses, PSV Compliance & Training Ltd manages course administration, attendance records and regulatory information. Bookwhen manages bookings and Stripe processes customer payments to MyCPC Training Ltd.

What we collect, and why

Your name

To identify the booking and address you properly.

Your email address

To send your confirmation and keep you updated about your booking.

Your phone number

To contact you about your booking if needed.

Company name, if you give one

For operator, fleet and group bookings.

The course, date and seats booked

To fulfil your booking and arrange your training.

Attendee details needed for course administration

So the course can be administered and Driver CPC records can be handled correctly.

Payment status

To manage your booking and payment. We do not store your card details.

We only collect what you give us or what is needed to administer the booking. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Accessibility and support information

If you tell us about accessibility, learning, technology or other support needs, we use that information only to consider and arrange appropriate support for your course. You do not need to provide detailed medical information through a public form.

Our lawful bases

• Contract: we need your details to take and fulfil your booking.
• Legal obligation: we keep certain records for tax, accounting and regulatory requirements.
• Legitimate interests: for basic security, customer support and running the service.

Who we share information with

• PSV Compliance & Training Ltd: to administer current Driver CPC courses and regulatory records.
• Bookwhen: to manage bookings, attendee details, reminders, waiting lists and course records.
• Stripe: to process payments. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Zoom: to deliver live online courses to booked delegates.
• Netlify: to host the website and process contact-form submissions where enabled.

How long we keep it

Booking and financial records are normally kept for six years plus the current financial year, as required for tax and accounting. Other booking-related information is kept only for as long as needed to manage the booking, support the course and handle any follow-up.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, object to or restrict certain uses, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
