• The course title and course date, if relevant.
• What happened and what outcome you are looking for.
• Any Bookwhen booking reference or useful supporting information.

How we handle concerns

We will review the concern and respond as soon as reasonably possible. Where a concern relates to Driver CPC administration or regulatory records, PSV Compliance & Training Ltd may need to be involved so the matter can be handled correctly.

Accessibility concerns

If your concern is about accessibility, tell us what page, process or course step did not work for you. We will look at what can reasonably be improved or adjusted.
