Terms of Booking
These terms cover Driver CPC course bookings made through myCPC.online. Please read them before booking; by making a booking you accept these terms.

Who you are booking with
These terms apply to bookings made through myCPC.online, operated by MyCPC Training Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17242905. The registered office is Unit 8, Heston House, 7-9 Emery Road, Bristol, BS4 5PF.
For current Driver CPC courses, PSV Compliance & Training Ltd manages course administration, attendance records and regulatory compliance. By making a booking, you understand and accept this arrangement.
Booking and payment
Bookings are managed through Bookwhen. Customer payments are processed through Stripe and paid to MyCPC Training Ltd. Public course prices are shown as final prices. The standard public Driver CPC course price is £35 all in.
What you are booking
Public launch courses are International Driver CPC courses only. National Driver CPC is not sold as a public product on myCPC.online. Split courses are one 7-hour International Driver CPC course delivered over two linked sessions; delegates must attend both sessions.
Operator course packs
Operator course packs may be used by any eligible driver from the purchasing company for suitable public Driver CPC courses running during the pack period. Places are transferable between drivers in the same company, but are not transferable to another company or organisation.
Packs are valid for 12 months from purchase unless agreed otherwise in writing. Course places remain subject to availability, course eligibility and the published attendance requirements.
Date changes and transfers
You may move a course booking to another available date once without an administration fee. The request must be made before the course starts and any new date must be suitable for the same course or agreed course route.
After one free move has been used, each further customer-requested date change incurs a £15.00 administration fee. A booking cannot usually be moved after the course has started, after a delegate has failed to attend, or where moving the course would conflict with Driver CPC rules or attendance requirements.
Cancellations and refunds
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Business, operator and professional bookings are normally non-refundable once confirmed, except where we cancel the course or agree otherwise in writing.
Consumer bookings may have a legal cancellation period where the booking is made online, by telephone or by email. If you ask us to begin providing services within that period, we may deduct a reasonable amount for work already carried out. Once the live course has been fully delivered, no refund will normally be due for that course.
No refund will normally be given where a delegate fails to attend, joins late, leaves early, fails identity or licence checks, does not participate, cannot access Zoom because of their own device, internet or environment, or fails to complete the course for reasons outside our control.
If MyCPC changes a course
If we need to change, reschedule or cancel a course, we will contact affected customers and explain the available options. This may include moving the booking to another suitable date, a reasonable alternative course date or another appropriate remedy. We will not charge the £15.00 administration fee where the change is required because MyCPC has changed the course date.
Attendance and participation
Delegates must provide accurate booking details, attend the full required course time, take part in the session, and complete any identity or eligibility checks required for Driver CPC administration. Driver CPC hours can only be uploaded where the required attendance and participation conditions are met.
Joining details are for booked delegates only and must not be shared publicly. Zoom meeting details are provided through the booking process and are not published on the website.
Accessibility and support
If you need accessibility, learning, technology or other support to take part in a course, tell us as early as possible. We will review what support can reasonably be provided within the requirements of the course.
Concerns and complaints
Concerns should be directed to Neil at MyCPC Training Ltd. Use the contact form or email info@my-cpc.online. We will review the concern and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
