Terms of Booking
These terms cover Driver CPC course bookings made through myCPC.online — who delivers your course, payment, confirmation, cancellations, transfers, flexible-price requests, and how reviews are shown. Please read them before booking; by making a booking you accept these terms.

Who you’re booking with, and who delivers your course
These terms apply to bookings made through myCPC.online, operated by MyCPC Training Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17242905, registered office Unit 8 Heston House, 7-9 Emery Road, Bristol, England, BS4 5PF).
MyCPC Training Ltd is the booking and customer-service brand. The Driver CPC training itself is delivered by PSV Compliance and Training Ltd (“the delivery partner”) under their JAUPT consortium membership AC02283 (ASOT consortium). Your training hours are recorded with the DVSA under PSV Compliance and Training Ltd’s centre approval. MyCPC Training Ltd does not currently hold independent JAUPT centre approval.
By making a booking, you understand and accept this arrangement.
Booking and confirmation
A booking request is not the same as an automatic booking confirmation. Availability is checked manually before a place is confirmed. Invoices and next-step confirmations are sent by email. Please note that short-notice requests may take longer to confirm than standard requests.
Module selection and route choice
Module titles and codes are shown before submission so drivers can avoid repeating modules. International routes are linked pairs and should stay together. National Rescue, where shown, is only available on eligible International linked-pair bookings and is charged per seat, per selected course. National Rescue lets you ask us to discuss a National-only fallback if one evening of a linked International pair later becomes unworkable; it is not a guarantee of replacement and is not a second course. The full inline explanation is shown next to each eligible course on the booking page. If you are unsure whether National or International is right for your work, please ask before booking.
Flexible price requests
Flexible price requests are a request route only. They do not guarantee that a place will be available or accepted. Any price offered through this route is treated as a price per selected course, not a price for the whole basket. Minimum running-price rules still apply to cover delivery costs. If your offer is below what we can run the seat at, we will contact you before anything is agreed.
Cancellations, refunds and date changes
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Business and professional bookings. Where a booking is made by a business customer, employer, operator, self-employed driver, or any person acting wholly or mainly for work, trade, business or professional purposes, the booking is treated as a business/professional booking. Business/professional bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, except where we cancel the course or agree otherwise in writing.
Consumer bookings. Where a booking is made by a consumer online, by telephone or by email, the consumer may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days from the day after the contract is made.
- If a consumer cancels within any applicable 14-day cancellation period before we have started providing any part of the service, we will refund the course fee paid.
- If the consumer has asked us to begin providing services within the 14-day cancellation period, we may deduct a reasonable amount for services already provided up to the time of cancellation. This may include booking administration, seat reservation, joining instructions, Zoom access guidance, Driver CPC-hours-record guidance, digital materials, online guidance and other preparatory services already supplied. This deduction will normally be up to 15% of the course fee, capped at £10.00, unless a different amount is justified by the work already carried out.
- Once the live course has been fully delivered, no refund will be due for that course, provided the customer requested early performance and acknowledged that cancellation rights would be lost once the service was fully performed.
Non-attendance. No refund will normally be given where a driver fails to attend, joins late, leaves early, fails identity or licence checks, does not participate, cannot access Zoom because of their own device, internet or environment, or fails to complete the course for reasons outside our control.
If we cancel. If we or our delivery partner cancel or reschedule a course, we will offer you a suitable alternative course or date. If no alternative is suitable for you, you may choose a full refund of the fee paid for that course. The choice is yours.
Date changes and transfers. Date changes and transfers are not automatic. If you ask to move a confirmed booking to another date, we may agree to do so subject to availability, course eligibility and Driver CPC requirements. Any agreed transfer may be subject to an administrative processing fee of up to £10.00 per request. Where we agree to a date change instead of processing a cancellation and refund, we may reduce the normal administration fee by up to 50%. Any reduced fee will be confirmed before the transfer is processed.
Flexible-price bookings. Flexible-price or “name your price” bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing, we cancel the course, or statutory rights require otherwise.
Payment
Bookings are paid by invoice or by the payment link we provide. A place is confirmed once we have checked availability and confirmed your booking by email; where payment is required to secure a place, this will be made clear at the time.
Reviews and privacy
Some testimonial names shown on the site have been changed to protect learner privacy. The wording reflects real course feedback, but names may be shortened or renamed for privacy reasons.
